Marc David Fine Jewelers currently ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless complimentary shipping is specifically offered in an individual product listing or at checkout.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before the purchase is completed.

Shipping Methods

For merchandise valued over $500, shipments are generally sent via USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx overnight service, subject to carrier availability and insurance requirements.

Shipping methods for merchandise valued at $500 or less may vary.

All shipments are packaged securely and in accordance with our insurance and carrier requirements.

Insurance and Delivery

All shipments are insured according to the merchandise value and applicable coverage conditions.

Tracking information will be provided when the order ships.

Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries, regardless of purchase value.

Customers are responsible for arranging for an authorized recipient to be available to sign for delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, following payment confirmation and any necessary security verification.

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Shipping transit times begin once the order has been dispatched and are separate from processing times.

Express shipping refers to the carrier's delivery service and does not guarantee next-day arrival from the date an order is placed.

Delivery Issues

Customers should promptly contact Marc David Fine Jewelers if a shipment is delayed, damaged, or reported delivered but not received.

We will assist with carrier investigations and applicable insurance claims.

Any resolution will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.
