We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of confirmed delivery.

Return Conditions

• Jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition.

• Returns must be requested and authorized before merchandise is shipped back.

• Customers are responsible for insured return shipping, including appropriate tracking and signature confirmation.

• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns.

• Custom-made, resized, engraved, or specially altered jewelry is final sale, except as required by law.

Inspection & Refunds

All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt to verify its identity, authenticity, and condition against our original records.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If your order arrives damaged or differs materially from its description, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
